The staff at Hotel Jesmond were courteous and wonderfully friendly. the hotel boasts a fantastic location, conveniently situated next to the bus station, shops, and fast food outlets. there's a restaurant located downstairs, and the rooms are impeccably tidy and quiet.

The staff was FRIENDLY all the time. Free parking on site was provided. Next to the airport, 12 miles.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, being central and close to many shops, cafes, and fast-food outlets. I found it convenient to walk to these places, including a Chinese restaurant on the hotel premises. Additionally, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned, which made my stay all the more enjoyable.

Clean and affordable accommodation

I recently stayed at a hotel/pub that offered clean and affordable accommodation. The location was great, just off a main road and easy to find. The shared shower facilities were well maintained and clean. I also enjoyed the convenience of having a fridge and TV in the room. The fact that the hotel/pub was cheap was a big plus and made my stay more enjoyable.
